using what i have (picture heavy!)

Cuffbracelet2i am really excited about some of the crafting going on here over the past few days because i have been using things i've had on hand.

i made this cuff bracelet from the scraps from the patchwork pillows i've been making.

more pictures here.

3lacecardthen, chris was watching tv last night and i wanted to at least be in the same room, so i played around with some note cards.

i had lots of cardstock lying around that i had cut  and folded into notecard size, just waiting to be decorated.

i have TONS of vintage trim (too  bad i missed the trim swap!), so i decided to put some on a card.

see more of them on flickr.

    Treestickers

remember my hand carved stamping fun?

i had a sheet of paper where i had done "test stamps", so i turned them into stickers.  no waste!

and i made some more notecards, of course.

hopefully, they prove my hypothesis that one can never have too many notecards.

and did you really think i was done with pillows? not a chance.

Logcabinpillow look familiar? it is.  i made the pillow top over 5 months ago.  it got buried in a stack of fabric and i just found it. so i made a back for it, finally.

it felt so good, i have to tell ya.

and i have had so much fun with the kiddos lately. here they are.
